David Kahalley

Born under an azalea bush and raised in the shade of the majestic Oaks of Mobile, David has built quite the reputation in Mobile and Baldwin County Alabama for his real estate prowess and ability to help companies, individuals and investors find just the right property. David started his career in the early 90's with the nation’s largest home builder. His drive determination and uncanny ability for success allowed David to become the youngest sales representative in the nation for them and very quickly moved his way up thorough the ranks. After leaving the area to build his career, the bay and beaches, delta and southern charm of the area drew him home. David said “Once you have saltwater in your blood you can never get it out” so with family in tow he came back to the Alabama Gulf Coast. Prior to his current position as CEO and Broker of Shamrock Properties, David was the Director of Sales and Marketing for one of the top 40 home builders in the nation and developed neighborhoods spanning from Mobile, Alabama to Pensacola, Florida. At their peak they were building over 700 houses a year. This developed his insight for real estate and investing and gives him a great understanding of commercial ventures, financing, land acquisition, subdivision building and new home construction and sales. He graduated from Rhodes College with a BS in Marketing and Management and is a licensed real estate broker in both Alabama and Florida. When asked what he enjoys to do on the weekends, David said "Real Estate”, but we know he does find time to enjoy the outdoors, college football, fishing and spending time with his “hunting” buddies. Besides living and breathing real estate, David enjoys being with his family and the people that make Shamrock Properties the absolute best Real Estate Company in the area.

A native of Ireland, Aiveen grew up in the great city of Portland, Maine. Aiveen runs our property management division managing properties all over Mobile and Baldwin Counties. With an extensive background and over 14 years of experience, her team makes renting a smooth and easy process. Also a Rhodes College graduate, Aiveen moved to South Alabama years ago and returns to Maine and Ireland to visit family often. Outside of Property Management, Aiveen enjoys exercising, being outdoors and spending time with her husband, David, and two children, Annabelle and Killian.

Originally from Brewton, Alabama, Libby Thompson has been selling homes from Orange Beach to West Mobile for 2 years. She is an expert when it comes to the area, and she will not stop until she finds the right buyer for your home or until she closes the deal on your new home. Libby holds a B.S. from Mississippi University for Women and she is a Licensed Realtor in the state of Alabama. On the weekends, you can find Libby biking, running, or even scuba diving with her family and friends. Libby currently resides in Spanish Fort with her husband of 27 years, Lee. She has 3 grown sons: Walton, Harrison, & Barrett.
Brittany Chandler

With a background in Communication, Brittany comes to us from the University of South Alabama where she continues to teach Public Speaking and Communication Media. Brittany handles all aspects of marketing including social media, print & digital media, constant contact, and website management. Additionally, she coordinates closings for the office and assists David on the Sales side. Brittany graduated from Auburn University with a B.A. in Communication, and the University of South Alabama with an M.A. in Communication. She currently resides in Fairhope, with her husband Will and golden retriever, Kate.
